No. Most of our customers are at work or out. At booking you tell us how we get in — someone home, doorman, lockbox, keypad, gate code or another arrangement — and we follow those instructions exactly.

If they are ever unavailable, another trained member of our team is briefed on your checklist and notes before arriving, so the standard stays the same.

How does billing work?

You confirm a flat price before the visit and we charge the card on file after the cleaning is completed, so you are never billed for work that did not happen. Receipts go to the email on your account, and commercial accounts are invoiced monthly by their account manager.

Can I reschedule a cleaning?

Yes. Sign in to your account or call 917-933-0899 and we will move the visit to any open slot. Rescheduling is free when you give us at least 24 hours' notice.

What is your cancellation window?

Cancel at least 24 hours before your start window at no charge. Inside 24 hours we ask for a late-cancellation fee because the cleaner's day is already committed and reserved for you.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards are available in fixed amounts and can be applied to any residential cleaning. Email sales@cleaning-master.com with the amount and recipient and we will send it out the same business day.

How do commercial contracts work?

Commercial work starts with a walkthrough, then a written scope priced per square foot and frequency. Most clients sign a 12-month agreement with a 30-day out, and every account gets a dedicated manager as the single point of contact.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes. We carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage and issue certificates of insurance naming your building or management company. Send us the requirements and we will have the certificate issued before the first visit.
